Li Ning – Artist Biography
Li Ning is an artist and cultural leader dedicated to fostering creative dialogue between the East and the West. Before immigrating to Canada in 2003, she spent a decade as a successful entrepreneur in China, where she founded and operated a specialized dance school for four years.
In 2008, Ning expanded her influence by establishing the Canadian Centre for the Promotion of East-West Artistic and Cultural Exchange. Under her leadership, the Centre has been frequently invited to participate in international exchanges that bridge the artistic traditions of China and Canada.
Currently, Ning serves as a Director for the Council of the Canada-China Contemporary Art Association and remains the Director of the East-West Arts and Cultural Exchange Promotion Centre.

2003年移民到温哥华之前，曾在中国成功经营企业和舞蹈艺术学校多年。2008年创办了加拿大东西方艺术文化交流促进协会。其应邀并积极参与了许多东西方艺术文化交流活动。
作为温哥华女性艺术家团体 “离地 13 英尺” 的成员，她曾在意大利西西里岛、加拿大西温哥华、加拿大卑诗省彭蒂克顿和墨西哥洛斯卡沃斯绘制壁画。 她最近在温哥华耶鲁镇完成了一幅 22 英尺宽的壁画。
