This piece is the performance of a world that allows one to escape from our current reality in exchange for living with hope in a fantasy that offers reprieve while reminding us that there are always possibilities, connections, and potential in the now, however bleak our current circumstances may be. This is a call for all of us to become more aware of the precious and vital ecosystems that embrace us; to value the lives that are inseparably bound to our environment; acknowledge how suffering, joy, sadness, and happiness are intertwined in our existence; to let go of the momentary, accept the ephemeral nature of existence, and finally, to join the harmony between the universes within all of us, and the universe that exists without. We eternally make, remake, and are, in turn, remade.

To quote William Blake, in Auguries of Innocence:

To see a world in a grain of sand. And a heaven in a wild flower, Hold infinity in the palm of your hand And eternity in an hour.
