Chen graduated from the Graduate Institute of Fine Arts at National Kaohsiung Normal University. A high school art teacher, Chen is devoted to artistic practice, exploring personal visual language and inner perception through the dialogue between teaching and creation.

Chen’s artistic practice encompasses ink painting, acrylic painting, and digital art. The work primarily explores the relationship between the purity of inner spirituality and formal minimalism. In earlier years, Chen frequently participated in group exhibitions across various art and cultural venues in Taiwan. In recent years, Chen has been devoted to promoting art education and has served multiple times as a juror for art entrance examinations in Taiwan.
