The "impermanent world" is the concept, central to Buddhism and mentioned in Hinduism, that all phenomena, physical and mental, are transient, constantly changing, and ultimately dissolve. Recognizing this fundamental truth can lead to liberation from suffering by reducing attachment to temporary states, people, and things, fostering appreciation for the present moment, and cultivating resilience during hardship.

“无常世界”是佛教的核心概念，印度教也有提及，它指出一切现象，无论是物质的还是精神的，都是短暂的、不断变化的，最终都会消逝。认识到这一基本真理，就能减少对暂时状态、人和事物的执着，培养对当下的感恩之心，并在逆境中增强韧性，从而获得解脱。
