Toni Onley is an iconic figure of Canadian landscape painting. His simplistic works in watercolour and print often depict the northern Canadian landscape, traditionally including icebergs, trees, water and coastlines. Toni Onley was made an Officer of the Order of Canada in 1999. He was also made a member of the Royal Canadian Academy of Arts.
