Description/Statement: Ceramic fake lighters 瓷“打火机”

Delighters is a new series of ceramic sculptures about “fake lighters” installed with the rugs I made. As a lighter user, I consider lighters as personal possessions. They are private and unique. At the same time, they are transient and often shared. I extended the shape of the lighters into other kinds of objects that appeared in everyday life, but kept the size as a real lighter, to see the interactions between the audience and the objects.

Delighters 是一个关于“假打火机”的陶瓷雕塑系列。我将打火机视为个人物品。 它们是私人的且独特的。同时，它们是短暂的并且经常被共享。我把打火机的形状延伸到日常生活中出现的其他物体中，但保持了真实打火机的尺寸，以观察观众与物体之间的互动。
